The Gym

BRC’s Gym was recently upgraded. We offer state-of-the-art aerobic/cardio and strength training equipment for all levels. Plus there’s plenty of space for stretching, range of motion, and flexibility workouts.

Zumba Gold

Workouts don’t have to be a chore. In fact, workouts don’t have to feel like workouts at all. With Zumba, a workout isn’t even a workout: it’s a fun dance party – with exercise being the biggest perk! The music is fast, upbeat, and contagious, so you can’t help but keep moving.

Line Dancing

Line dance is always a fun and non-stressful way to get everyone onto the dance floor. It’s easy to get and doing it with other people makes it even more entertaining.

If you’re not familiar with the dance, it’s basically what its name implies: people dancing to music while in a line.
